After switching my winter tires to my summer tire I lost the locking key for the tires and was very concerned about getting a flat. I popped into the dealership this afternoon and John and Michelle of the Service Dept.had a solid solution for my problem. This is another update about my experience with this dealership and their follow-up since I have purchased my egolf from this Location. The staff trying their best to accommodate for customers, from reception to sales associates and especially general sales manager. Robert , they all go above and beyond to be at their highest level of customer service and rectifying client's problem and based on my recent interaction with sales , I thought is good to bring this up and make sure we don't always complain and when is time to appreciate be the front runner.
